Advisory that is accountable for what happens next

We are not paid by the slide. Every engagement ends in a decision, a costed plan and a named next step.

II — How we work

Short, senior and fixed

i

Rapid operationalisation

Turning strategy into an executable programme at pace. Most of the value is lost in the gap between the decision and the first delivered thing.

ii

Player-coach

You get the person who did the analysis. No pyramid, no team of graduates learning on your programme.

iii

Commercial first

Every recommendation carries a number and an owner. Technology that cannot be tied to a commercial outcome does not make the roadmap.

III — Questions

How long is a typical engagement?

Advisory engagements are usually two to four weeks. Interim leadership runs for as long as the programme needs, typically three to nine months. Both are scoped and priced before starting.

Do you work on retainer?

For private equity clients, yes — a standing arrangement across a portfolio is often more useful than engagement-by-engagement work. For single businesses we prefer fixed scope.

Which technologies do you work with?

We are platform-independent. Our founder has advised across Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and AWS, with particular depth in the Microsoft and UiPath ecosystems. The recommendation follows the problem, not a vendor relationship.
