Who we are
Aegis Technology Advisory is registered in England and Wales, company number 17428263. For data protection enquiries, contact hello@aegis-techadvisory.com.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and, if we work together, administer the engagement.
- Engagement material. During a client engagement we handle business information you give us access to. That is governed by the engagement contract and any data processing agreement, not by this notice.
- Server logs. Our host records standard technical information about requests, including IP address and user agent, for security and reliability.
What we do not do
- No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
- No sale or sharing of your details for marketing.
- No use of client business data to train models.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which processes the request as part of delivering them. They can be self-hosted on request.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Engagement material is retained for the period set out in the relevant contract. You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@aegis-techadvisory.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
